01Are you Gas Safe registered?
Yes. Billo's is Gas Safe registered (registration number 959737), which means we're legally qualified to work on gas appliances, pipework and flues. You can ask to see our Gas Safe ID card at any time.
02Do you provide free quotes?
Yes, all quotes are free with no obligation within our service area. For many jobs we can give you a clear price up front; for larger work we'll take a look first and then confirm the cost before starting.
03Do you charge a callout fee?
Our callout charge is typically £80 to £100 depending on where you are. It's always agreed with you up front, along with the full cost, before any work begins. No surprises.
04Do you offer emergency / urgent appointments?
Yes. For urgent problems like leaks, no heating or no hot water, we aim to get to you as quickly as possible, often the same day. Call us and we'll do our best to help.
05What areas do you cover?
We cover London and the surrounding counties, including much of Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. Check the map in our 'Where we work' section, or ask about your postcode.
06Do you work with landlords?
Absolutely. We help landlords and letting agents with CP12 gas safety certificates, annual servicing, repairs and ongoing maintenance, with clear paperwork sent straight to your inbox.
07Can I send photos before booking?
Yes, and it really helps. Sending a photo or short description of the issue lets us understand the job, bring the right parts and give you a more accurate price.
08What boiler brands do you work on?
We service, repair and install all the major boiler brands, including Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Ideal, Baxi and Glow-worm. If you're not sure about yours, just ask.
